Change is a natural element of life. You can’t prevent change from occurring. Many of us rail against it. Many of us attempt to resist the VERY thing that could be aiding us on our path of discovery. All change never happens overnight, it may appear that it does, but that’s only because you see the end result which HAS appeared overnight, but if you’re TRULY honest with yourself, you’ll see, and eventually admit that that end result was simply that, an end result to many little alterations in the fabric of your life. Transformations you most likely chose to ignore, hoping that they would simply go away. But why chase away the very thing that could be of the most benefit to you?

Fear! That ugly word. Fear is what chased those beautiful transformative things away. All change is beautiful. Fear not change. Look at the caterpillar when when wraps itself in its cocoon. What comes out? Does the butterfly fear change? The next time you feel change coming on, don’t resist it. Open your soul to it. Be like the butterfly. There’s no need to resist life. All life is change!

Remember the saying:
Row row row your boat gently DOWN the stream.

Go WITH the flow of life. Life is always in a state of flux. From the moment you wake up in the morning, something has changed. You woke up. Is that a change you would rail against? When you put one foot in front of the other, you’re not in the same place you were a moment ago. Life changes. Be prepared for that change. Love that change! Embrace that change. No one, no matter what they say to the contrary wants to stay in the same place for their entire life. Life without change isn’t worth living. Be that butterfly!

Be Happy! Be Well! Be Positive!
