One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living.  We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon–instead of enjoying the roses blooming outside our windows today.

Dale Carnegie’s name is synonymous with his influential book:
How To Win Friends and Influence People.  After having written such a book, it should be no surprise to anyone that he was so forward thinking and such an authority on positivity.  The above quote from Mr Carnegie resonated with me because I do my best to live my life using that as a barometer.  If we all looked for the positive instead of the negative, if we all saw what was in front of us instead of what was down the road, if we simply lived in the moment and didn’t try to forecast our lives, if we didn’t always look for that crystal ball, our lives would work out just the way it is supposed to.  As my readers are aware I’m a huge believer in predestination.  Life always works out as it is planned.  After all we plan our lives before we incarnate in Transition Hall.

–If only we could remember that everything in our lives are working out JUST the way it is supposed to.
–If only we could remember that WE planned everything from the challenges we face to the gifts that are presented to us.
–If only we could remember transition hall.

Think how much stress would be removed from our lives.
Think how our lives would change.

We would see the world in a completely different way:
We would be better people to everyone.
We would stop using people.

Then, would we REALLY want to remember?  It’s as I’ve written previously:
The reason we do NOT recall our previous incarnations
The reason we do NOT recall our time in Transition Hall

is that we’d be cheating on the most important test(s) of our lives.  We would already know all the answers and how to avoid the challenges in our lives.  God blinds us to the reality that we are truly spiritual beings having a human experience.

He gives the truth to all of us though as well.  We only have to look for it.  We only have to be open to it. Those of us who discover the true meaning of life are blessed because we grow beyond the stress.

We see that living in the moment,

We see that enjoying the roses blooming outside our windows today.

is the ONLY way to live.  Wisdom and Life does its best to part the physical veil, to show the spirit world is all around us.  We simply have to be open to it.  Can you see it?  If you can’t as I’ve maintained all of my life:
Start small.

Mr Carnegie is right:
We need to spend time in the moment enjoying the roses that are blooming today.

Not what’s down the road.  For it is when we attempt to forecast our future that we get in trouble.  It is then that we lose sight of what is truly important.  As Eckhart Tolle is so fond of saying:
Staying in the Present Moment

You can clearly understand now that the adage:
What Goes Around Comes Around is relevant here today.  Mr Carnegie and Mr Tolle were ages apart and yet they are writing about the same philosophy.  It proves yet again that this philosophy worked at an earlier age and STILL works today.
