Friends and family are supposed to be there for each other, right?  If you need help, who can you count on if not those closest to you?  I have a friend right now who got hurt about a week ago and she needs all the help she can get.  She does have people she can count on, and that’s a blessing.

We’ve talked about this extensively and I think we’ve both come to the same conclusion.  That we drop everything we’re doing to help someone who needs it and because we do that, it’s naturally expected that everyone else will do the same.

Maybe our expectations are to high.  Everyone is NOT that way.  It hurts when our reality collides with what we expect.  You’re always going to have people let you down; what we have to remember though, is those who do come through for us are the BEST things in our lives.  Remember that!  Focus on that and that’s what will continue to happen.  REMEMBER, your thoughts create your reality.  Focus on the good in your life and more good will follow!

Be Happy!  Be Well!  Be Positive!
