If your desire is strong enough, it doesn’t matter what your beliefs are. If you have a desire that is strong enough, that desire will be the dominant vibration, and it will override any other vibration that you have.

I’ve seen this happen countless times in my own life.  As I’ve written here many times over:
Becoming a successful artist was NEVER NOT going to happen.
Working at my local library was NEVER NOT going to happen.

What Abraham Hicks is saying is that if you want something badly enough, and you work to acquire what you desire, nothing will prevent you from reaching that goal. Desiring that which you want is the first step. Once that desire is set in motion, it is difficult to NOT think about that wanting. The more thought, the more desire you give, the stronger that becomes.  It’s like you’re willing what you want into fruition. Heck. It’s not LIKE you’re doing it.

You ARE willing that which you desire to be received.

One of the tenets of Law of is:
Ask for what you want then wait for it to arrive

Put that desire out to the Universe and the Universe will go to work for you. As long as you continue to ruminate over the thought, it can’t help but become a reality.

You have to believe.
You still have to do the work. Nothing is ever handed to you without some work on your part. I think one of the things that got lost in translation with Law of Attraction is the belief that you don’t have to do anything to get what you want. I’ve never known that to be the case.

As an example:
My job at my local library. I knew beyond all doubt that I’d be hired. But it didn’t mean that I didn’t have to put in the work to receive my library science degree BEFORE I was hired full time.

Everything you ever received came with a price. Whether it’s education to get that prize.
Whether it’s talent you had to perfect.
Whether it’s motivation to become a better person.

For each thing you do to improve yourself there is work to be done. Nothing comes to you for free. With that in mind, if you’re willing to do the work, if you have a desire you only have to express it to the Universe then do the work to receive it and the Universe will respond in the positive.

We live in a universe of cause and effect:
Cause:
The desire of wanting.

Effect:
Bringing that want into your world.  It’s as simple as that.

Ask for something and see what happens.  You may be surprised.

Be Happy!  Be Well! Be Positive!
Blessings to you.

Chris

Once you realize that life is eternal,
That our souls our eternal,
That we return to light and physical over and over;
We then lose all our distress
We then lose all our fear of dying.  For there truly is no end.

Bravo . Once I decide what I want to bring to fruition then the next step is to go to work. Unlike other four letter negative words, the word work has no negative connotations in my life.

Absolutely, Chris! Hopes and desires plus hard work will always, always pay off. Blessings, my friend!

Back To Fiction
