Your Inner Being likes to skip and laugh and think about things; your Inner Being likes to offer compliments and feel appreciation and contemplate something that is not fully understood and then feel the understanding come forth. Your Inner Being is just like your frisky two-year old who is eager for life experience. To meet up with your Inner Being just be more like that now.

Think about that statement from Abraham Hicks:
Your Inner Being is just like your frisky two-year old who is eager for life experience.

Isn’t that really how we should be living our lives?  There is no need to worry.  For worrying only brings us down.  Worrying only attracts more worry.  Law of Attraction says:
Your thoughts create your reality.

Do you honestly want to be attracting worry?
Do you honestly want to be attracting stress?

Because if you spend your time worrying and stressing over every thing in your life that is EXACTLY what will appear.  I don’t know about you.

I’d rather be swimming in joy.
I’d rather be swimming in happiness.
I’d rather be that frisky two year old.

You may be asking how do I get there?  I understand that you would like me  to tell you this is how to get to that point in your life.  There is no easy answer to that.  I can only lead by example.  I can only tell you how I arrived at this place:
I let go of all the challenges I experienced growing up.
I stopped attempting to change everyone else around me.  I understood that changing others made me a mess.  I understood that I could only change myself and once I realized that, everything else, everybody else around me changed for the better.
I put my trust in the Divine.
I put my trust in God.

My faith more than anything else saved me from myself.
My faith put that bounce in my step and helped me keep that frisky two year old in my grasp.

What worked for me may not necessarily work for you.  You may not have the same results.  You may not believe in a divinity and ya know what?  That’s okay.

However if you want to find that frisky two year old that has been hiding, you need to do something.  If you want to release the worry, release the stress, release the sadness that has engulfed your inner being, IF it has, then you must do something.  You must find a way out.  All those negative emotions will stay with you.  You can’t expect to move away and think:
Well If I just get away from what is causing me this anxiety, these negatives will vanish.

Sorry to tell you:
It doesn’t work that way.  Because as Jon Kabat Zinn so aptly states with his book:
Wherever you go, there you are You simply cannot run away from your challenges, because those challenges will continue to manifest until to you face them and rid them from your life.  Running away will not help.

When someone talks of moving away to escape, that doesn’t work, because you’re still you and the same challenges you’re running from will present themselves in the new place you’re running to, maybe not in the identical way that they manifested but trust me you can’t outrun you.  The best you can do is stay and work on yourself where you are.

If you want to find that frisky two year old that has been lost, the only way to rediscover him is to find something that will bring you joy, that will will alleviate the stress and keep it away.  Finding something that will do that is where your challenge comes in.

Whether you discover your faith.
Whatever it may be, we all need to find something that will create long lasting joy.

Be Happy!  Be Well!  Be Positive!
Blessings to you.

Chris

Once you realize that life is eternal,
That our souls our eternal,
That we return to light and physical over and over;

We then lose all our distress
We then lose all our fear of dying.  For there truly is no end.

Fiction is Now My Main Squeeze

Last month on July 29, I wrote Fiction is My Mistress.  I have now decided that for the time being, until my new project is complete, I have to put CJPPhotoNews and Wisdom and Life into hibernation.  Up until last November, I didn’t think I would return to writing fiction again.  Now though, […]
