No one experiences freedom until they stop pushing against others. The only thing that binds you is the pushing against that which is unwanted. And so, if a religion could just be excited about what it is, or a person within a religion could just speak with appreciation about what it is, without justifying what it is by pushing against everything else, then each religion, in all of its difference, could be just exactly what you’re reaching for.

Abraham-Hicks

No one experiences freedom until they stop pushing PERIOD!  Pushing against others, pushing against a challenge, pushing against whatever, all takes resistance and force.  Letting go?  That can take effort if we’ve been programmed from day one that the only way to get what we want is by pushing for it.
Don'tPush

It becomes easy.
It becomes the way to do things.
It becomes second nature.

We have to learn a new way.  We have to learn to let go and let God.  Why push?  Why resist when whatever will happen, will happen  anyway?  Just let it happen.  I’m not suggesting to simply lie down and let others walk over us.  I’m not suggesting to let circumstances control our every move.  What I am saying is that when you reach a point where something isn’t going the way you planned it, relax, breath in and breath out and simply let life take its course, let go and let God take the wheel.

HE knows the course.
HE has the map.  You don’t.  Why struggle?  Why try to drive when you don’t know where you’re going?  When you can’t see the path?

Stop pushing.
Let go.

Appreciate where you are.
Appreciate that you got this far.  But know you didn’t get here alone.  Know there’s always a Divine hand guiding you. And be grateful for that hand.

Stop pushing.
Let go.

What happens when you hit a wall?
Do you simply sit down and give up?  No!  You find a way around the wall, correct?  So why should meeting resistance be any different?  You have to find a way around the resistance.  Sometimes the only thing you can do is let go.  Letting go is NOT giving up.  There is always someone who you can reach out to.
A friend?

Someone who is always there, in the dark of night.  Someone who will drop everything to be by your side in a heartbeat:
Family?

We should all be fortunate to have someone like that.  I’m fortunate to have both.  A BEST friend who would drop anything and race to my side if I needed it.  And family who would do the same.  It is so important to cultivate friends and family who would go through walls for you.  If you have no one in your life like that it would behoove you to find someone.

Stop pushing.
Let go.

Let go and Let God.  That’s one of the slogans from every twelve step program.  Let God take control.  For HE is the ONLY one EVER truly in control.  The sooner you realize this, the easier your life will flow.  Remember that slogan I’m so fond of:
Row your boat gently DOWN the stream.

For it’s only when we resist, it’s only when we fight, it’s only when we struggle.  It’s only when we go against the current that we get in trouble.

Stop pushing.
Let go.

Let the current, let the stream take us where we are meant to go.  Don’t resist.

Let go and Let God.

Be Happy!  Be Well!  Be Positive!
Blessings to you.

Chris

Once you realize that life is eternal,
That our souls our eternal,
That we return to light and physical over and over;

We then lose all our distress
We then lose all our fear of dying.  For there truly is no end.
