When the heart weeps for what it has lost,
the soul laughs for what it has found.
Sufi aphorism
Do not be saddened by loss.
Do not weep for my transition.
If you could see my soul, my spirit, my essence, you’d see my joy. Transitioning comes to each of us. There is no stopping that train. Why not accept it? There is no reason to fear death.
Death is not the end.
Death is the beginning.
When the soul is released from our shells it is free to wander through spirit. It is free to move in ways it can not when in physical form.
The soul is joyful to be released.
The soul laughs when it is free.
The soul laughs for what it has found.
The sooner we come to terms with the fact that death is simply a change in venue, that the soul does live on, that we do all return the less we will fear transitioning.
Are you ready to accept that death is not the end?
Are you ready to accept that we do return?
Are you ready to be joyful for those who have transitioned before us?
The longer you grieve for one who has passed, the more difficult you make it on that soul. Be joyful and that soul will thank you. It will move on and you’ll be reunited again. I’m reminded of a line in the movie Wedding Crashers:
True love is your soul’s recognition of its counterpoint in another.
When two souls are reunited that’s what it feels like. Our souls know each other by sight alone and when we meet again, we instantly recognize each other. That’s why there should be no fear of passing. For there is no death. We are in a constant state of rebirth.
Be Happy! Be Well! Be Positive!
Blessings to you.
