You can be a blessing to the people you meet today. Yes, life has its serious moments. But being a bit kooky may be the secret to seeing yourself and others through good times and bad. Go ahead, make someone’s day–make her smile.

Having a challenge or someone you know having a challenge? Sometimes the best way to work through it is to laugh. To dance. To sing out loud. There is a scene in Rhonda Byrne’s The Secret where it shows two people suffering from an illness.
One watches comedies and finds joyful events to celebrate. The other circles in negativity.
One smiles at everything. The other frowns.
One is upbeat. One is woeful.
Which one do you think feels better sooner? It’s always better if you’re feeling low to spread joy because by spreading positive vibrations, even if you’re not feeling joyful that joy will spread within your soul. It is also the case that if you are feeling under the weather, it’s best to find laughter, as laughter brings endorphins to your body.

So be kooky when you’re feeling low.
So find kooky when you’re sick.
I guarantee you’ll feel better sooner.
Spread that smile you know is hidden and soon you’ll feel the positive vibrating through your own skin, through your own spirit, through your own soul. You CAN be a blessing today even if you aren’t feeling it.
Be kooky.
Be funny.
Make someone laugh.
Be Happy! Be Well! Be Positive!
Blessings to you.

Once you realize that life is eternal,
That our souls our eternal,
That we return to light and physical over and over;
We then lose all our distress
We then lose all our fear of dying. For there truly is no end.
