Scott Allen over on G+ recently posted the below graphic on his page and I immediately connected with it.
This is a topic I sometimes have a challenge with which is why I felt so connected to it. On an emotional/spiritual level I certainly understand that we incarnated from unconditional love. I understand that we don’t NEED to master it on some level. However if it is true that we continue to incarnate over and over which I sincerely believe, then there MUST be a reason for reincarnation. What do I think that reason is?
To learn and relearn from the past.
What we don’t learn in one life, we will face again during our next incarnation. When it comes to unconditional love, if we don’t understand that we come from unconditional love and we do our best to find it, always butting up against a wall; we will continue butting against that wall until we learn the lesson.
There are so many forms of love. As I wrote in my column Love Everyone, that tiny four letter word has received a bum wrap. That word has been weighed down with one form:
Romantic Love
And unfortunately because it has that connotation, the word finds itself a lonely subject. People are intimidated by the word. I don’t think it is used enough.
We DID come here to learn personal love. And until we as humans, we as society get over that block that love only has one form:
Romantic Love
We will continue to stumble through each of our incarnations. I’ll admit, this is a lesson that took me some time to learn. I know people who are still struggling with finding that one person who will give them the love they are so desperately seeking. I want to shake them out of this notion that they can’t find what they are looking for. There is more love around them than they see.
They are looking for the wrong kind of love.
They are looking for it in all the wrong places.
I want to tell them to turn around and look in a mirror.
That’s where they need to be looking first. For if you don’t love yourself how is anyone else going to love you?
Unconditional love DOES exist!
You simply have to know where to look. Do you know?
Be Happy! Be Well! Be Positive!
Blessings to you.

Once you realize that life is eternal,
That our souls our eternal,
That we return to light and physical over and over;
We then lose all our distress
We then lose all our fear of dying. For there truly is no end.
