Merry Christmas to those who celebrate the holiday.

Today is one of my favorite days of the year.  Why?

Two reasons:
—It’s the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year, meaning that from here on the hours of daylight will continue to get longer.

–It’s also my Fairy Godmother’s birthday.
