Their function is to anchor the frequency of the new consciousness on this planet. I call them the frequency-holders. They are here to generate consciousness through the activities of daily life, through their interactions with others as well as through “just being.”

What is a Light Worker?
Light Workers, or as Eckhart Tolle calls them, frequency holders. The meaning is the same. A Light Worker/Frequency Holder is as Mr Tolle suggests, someone who generates consciousness and/or brings about spiritual change to the world. We can all at some points in our lives say we are light workers. Those of us who work at it on a daily basis, not only sharing our message but also MORE importantly living THAT message and practicing that message are the true light workers. Oh, of course, even the best frequency holder can have a challenging day. The best of them understand that challenges do occur and it is in their interest to row DOWN the stream. NOT to fight the challenge, don’t go upstream.
It’s the true light workers that understand this philosophy and bend their wills to the challenges that arise in their lives. After all, what good can a light worker do if he is fighting his own challenges?
