If you do not see great riches in your imagination, you will never see them in your bank balance.

Napoleon Hill came along well before Abraham-Hicks who like to call themselves the original source material for the current Law of Attraction (LoA) wave that is sweeping the world. While it may be true that Abraham Hicks is considered the source for the CURRENT Law of Attraction wave, Napoleon Hill was one of the originators of the phrase. His book Think and Grow Rich available as a free download at the previous link, is one of the primary sources for Law of Attraction.
Hill’s book was published in 1938, long before The Secret and Abraham Hicks. Think and Grow Rich discusses Law of Attraction in a simple form:
–Think rich.
–Act rich.
And you’ll have a better chance of becoming rich.
I believe this is one of the origins of Law of Attraction. This book started the wave. Unfortunately, we are once again discussing financial wealth. One of the things I’ve learned after leaving The Secret behind is that Law of Attraction is more than attracting financial wealth. That’s what Napoleon Hill is discussing with this book and that was the entire model behind The Secret.
Even though I no longer believe the sole aspect of LoA is financial gain, it does play a role. We have to believe we are abundant before we truly are abundant. That’s what Napoleon Hill is referring to with the quote.
We won’t have it.
We won’t see it.
We won’t believe it.
Unless we first imagine it.
You can translate this into any worldview. It doesn’t only have to be with finances.
Want a relationship?
Imagine it first.
Want a job?
Imagine it first.
I think this is the root of all LoA themes. I’m sure you’re familiar with the saying:
Everything old is new again.
Napoleon Hill is the old and he mutated into The Secret which received its source material from Abraham Hicks.
There REALLY is:
Nothing new under the sun.
Be Happy! Be Well! Be Positive!
Blessings to you.
