If you decide to make someone the enemy and you’re pushing very hard against them, you don’t affect them at all, but you disconnect yourself from the Stream. If someone cheats you, they cannot diminish your experience. They only diminish their experience. You cannot be diminished by someone cheating you unless you get all upset about being cheated and push against them and use that as your excuse to disconnect from the Stream.

Interesting topic today as I’ve spoken about holding grudges and staying angry many times at Wisdom and Life.  Making enemies is not healthy for our us, not healthy for someone else and certainly not healthy for our souls.

It’s not healthy for us because we feel anxious in the presence of our “enemy.”  Our heart races, our blood pressure rises, and we have negative feelings.  Our first inclination is to hurt that person.  I’ve learned that wanting to hurt someone only hurts us.

Making someone an enemy is not healthy for the other person, because they may not understand why they are now on your “blacklist.”  They may attempt to reach out until they finally realize you’re not interested.

It’s not healthy for our souls because the Divine teaches us to love our enemies.  And if we do not heed our spiritual inclination to let go we will continue this same path of seeing hate, finding enemies all around us.  Is that really the way we want to live our lives?

So what is the stream that Abraham Hicks talks about?

It’s the stream of positive energy that runs through all of us.  Getting angry, staying angry, making enemies?  All this breaks that positive energy stream.  The way I live my life now is always seeking to stay in that energy stream.

Be Happy!  Be Well!  Be Positive!
Blessings to you.

Chris

Once you realize that life is eternal,
That our souls our eternal,
That we return to light and physical over and over;

We then lose all our distress
We then lose all our fear of dying.  For there truly is no end.

    Absolute truth here, Chris. Hurting others, making enemies of them, only harms us in the end. Forgiveness is hard, but always necessary!
    Blessings!

Fiction is Now My Main Squeeze
