If prayer is you talking to God, then intuition is God talking back.

Memories of Heaven

As anyone who has been reading Wisdom and Life for any length of time realizes,

I don’t believe death exists.
I believe it is simply a change in address.

Reading Memories of Heaven only enhances that belief.  The above quote from that book resonates deeply with me as I also have a strong faith in God.  The Divine is sending messages all the time to everyone.  We just have to tune in to the right channel.

Prayer is a one way conversation if you don’t listen for a response.

Prayer is like a muscle, if you don’t use it regularly and look for and listen for a response, you won’t know when that response arrives.  Your intuition, as the above quote from Wayne Dyer suggests, is that response.

God always responds.  You just have to learn how to listen.  If you’re tuned in to the right channel, you’ll hear the answers.  If you’ve never listened to your intuition, it’s time to start.  How do you know when your intuition is speaking to you?

Does a thought suddenly pop into your head?
Have you awakened from a dream that seems to have the answer?
You know that saying:
“A Gut Feeling”

When you get that gut feeling, that’s your intuition, that’s God opening the door.  It’s best to walk through that door because that’s the answer you’ve been looking for.

I know people who have ignored that feeling and eventually the decision was made for them.  You don’t want that.  Get ahead of of the choice.  Start listening.  Start praying.  And pay attention to your intuition.

Lastly, heed the advice that comes to you!

The Divine, God and Intuition can be one in the same.  For someone who isn’t spiritual, for someone who doesn’t believe, your intuition can take the place of the divine.  We have to learn to listen for it and when your inner voice speaks, it’s important to heed that advice.  That’s how to increase your ability to hear it.

Be Happy!  Be Well!  Be Positive!
Blessings to you.

Chris

Once you realize that life is eternal,
That our souls our eternal,
That we return to light and physical over and over;

We then lose all our distress
We then lose all our fear of dying.  For there truly is no end.

Heeding our inner voice, that intuition as it were, is so crucially important, Chris. And you point out wonderfully here that prayer is a two-way street – we pray to God, but must take the time to listen for His response, too.
    Blessings!

I absolutely agree. Intuition is part of the God-fabric. Love and thoughts ~ Mollie
