Seeing as we are into the Independence Day week, and even though Monday is not the 4th, I’ve decided not to post a regular column today. Did you know we MAY be celebrating on the wrong day?:

The document was signed and ready on the 2nd- but given the “speed” of transport 242 years ago (and no one every worried about “news embargos”), the 4th was the day the citizenry would all know what transpired. (Hmm. If a tree falls in the forest….)
