I know it really isn’t Independence Day today. But then if you follow John Adams and his thought process:

Be Happy!  Be Well! Be Positive!
Blessings to you.

Once you realize that life is eternal,
That our souls our eternal,
That we return to light and physical over and over;
We then lose all our distress
We then lose all our fear of dying.  For there truly is no end.

    Thanks for sharing such interesting history here today, Chris. Happy Independence Day, no matter which date is correct!

    The document was signed and ready on the 2nd- but given the “speed” of transport 242 years ago (and no one every worried about “news embargos”), the 4th was the day the citizenry would all know what transpired. (Hmm. If a tree falls in the forest….)
