Take a step, ANY step.  Don’t stagnate for fear of taking the wrong step.  I’d rather go in one direction or the other instead of staying put.  If you come to a fork as Alice does in the above quote, what’s the difference what way you go if you have no clue?

The next time you’re out hiking in the woods and you come to a fork, how many times do you stay at the fork?  If you don’t know which way to go, are you going to sit down in the middle of the path and simply give up, not go in ANY direction at all?  How silly would that be?  If you go in one direction and come to a challenge, you can do one of two things:
–Keep going and persevere through that challenge
–Or you can turn around and return to the fork and go down the other path.

As it is in life.  I know you’ve heard it said here:
Life is about moving forward.

Sometimes, however in order to move forward you have to take a step or two back.  It really makes no difference in the grand scheme of your life whether you turn around every once in awhile.  Your life is entirely mapped out anyway.  I discussed Predestination here before.  I SINCERELY believe there are certain aspects in our lives that simply can NOT be changed.  I’ve written about this before in the entries called:

Being Spiritual

If it is true that your specific life plan is already mapped out by the divine then you simply can’t make a mistake when it comes to getting to your life nee, your soul’s goal.  You can certainly change the route and the time it takes to reach your soul’s ambition, but not the goal itself.  Whatever is happening now, wherever you are on your journey, just take comfort in knowing that you are RIGHT where you are supposed to be.  If you come to a fork in the road, a fork in your life, if a decision has to be made and you don’t know which way to go, just take a step, take ANY step; and believe in yourself, believe that the divine has you firmly in its embrace.

There are no mistakes!
There are no wrong paths!

Be courageous and know that the Divine won’t let you down.
The Divine loves you and that love for you will keep you safe and will keep you moving forward even if you have to take a step or two backward.  Keep the quote:
