My friend Buckminster Fuller once remarked:
Everyone is born a genius but the process of living de-geniuses them.

Children are the least susceptible to ideology, because they have not yet been indoctrinated.  That’s why when a child tells you something that in your view may seem off kilter, it is better to pay attention with an open mind.  Don’t dismiss the child’s story as mere rambling.  They believe what they are saying.

Memories of Heaven is an amazing book, another in a long list of such books that should be on your reading list if you are reading Wisdom and Life.  I like the quote:
Everyone is born a genius but the process of living de-geniuses them.

Because it perfectly defines what happens to us as we mature.  We lose that childlike innocence we possessed before we became knocked around, before we forgot to remember everything we knew.  That’s why it is said time and again:
–That children are the teachers
–That when a child says something spiritually profound, it is best to heed the response.

Children and their remembrances of life before have been well documented in three books I’ve discussed here extensively:
Old Souls by Tom Shroder
Soul Survivor by Bruce Leininger
Journey of Souls by Dr Michael Newton

Memories of Heaven is the type of book that unless you’re steeped in this paradigm, you may dismiss out of hand when reading the description.  Do yourself a favor.

Do NOT dismiss this book out of hand, nor any of the other three books above.  I guarantee after reading these you will come away with a healthy respect for children who profess they have been here before and tell you where they were before they chose to return.

What I find fascinating about Memories of Heaven is the fact that this was the last book that Wayne Dyer completed before he passed himself.  This book doesn’t delve into new territory for those who believe this.  It is just comforting to those who need reassurance.  In fact, all three of the other books mentioned here are a good place to start if you are just beginning to realize that you MAY HAVE been incarnated in the past.

Reading Memories also alleviated any fears I experienced over my own book being published in September.  I had been a BIT concerned over the layout, that I had written a series of columns, one to two pages each and wondered how that look and read.  However, after reading Memories, I realize that my own book is similar in layout and I have nothing to fret over.

Be Happy!  Be Well!  Be Positive!
Blessings to you.

Chris

Once you realize that life is eternal,
That our souls our eternal,
That we return to light and physical over and over;

We then lose all our distress
We then lose all our fear of dying.  For there truly is no end.
